The project You’ve got mail: the modern comfort for a young family

We offer to your attention the project of the apartment interior area of the 78.2 square meters, was developed by specialists of the architectural Bureau “Victory Design” for couples with a child of preschool age living in the South-West of Moscow. The Scandinavian design we completed for a young couple with a small child living in the house in South-Western administrative district. The distribution of responsibilities in the family is: the husband spends a lot of time on the job, and his wife is currently involved with the child. The family likes an active pastime, but also spends a lot of time at home, so home is an important space and need to make it as comfortable and appropriate to the customer’s requirements.

Will talk about the General idea. We conceived the creation of bright interiors, but not pure white, and interspersed with other bright colors – thanks to them, the way each room was its own. Layout diagonally in the flooring sets the dynamics and visually expands the small space.

The important point in planning is the selection and separation of kitchen space. We removed the hallway and due to this has expanded the living area. The apartment has two bedrooms – children’s and parents ‘ bedroom. Thus, it turned out a comfortable layout for a family with children.

Indoor plants enliven the interior, making it more warm and cozy. The combination of floor covering and color of the sofa and rug – steel-grey color and natural wood color – supports a calm mood. On the balcony, the emphasis is on bright ornamental tile and wooden elements, this ensemble looks unusual and fresh on a white background. Fresh flowers and the olive tree make their note – it creates a feeling of terraces, largely due to tile and wood.

Bathroom and washroom area made in the same way – this compound is white, sand and light wood. The chrome finish is used, supplemented by a simple form of plumbing.

The execution of the design space not the free layout of a new residential complex and unusual conditions of resale properties has become an exciting challenge for the architectural Bureau “Victory Design”. The project turned out bright, comfortable and stylish, with lots of wooden elements that add comfort to the overall picture.
